A: While HR people will recognize the questions dealing with standard HR processes important to organizational health, the tools are actually designed for individuals not specifically trained in HR. These tools are of the highest value for organizations who don't have an HR department. Giving those organizations tools they can use to better understand their current HR processes and make adjustments that improve employee relations.
A: Immediately that you have completed the assessment you will be given access to a report of your responses, where they stand in relation to best practices, and a tool to further identify to importance and urgency of addressing any HR processes that should be improved.
A: Yes. It starts with not requiring anything more than your email address as a way to connect your response to you. Registering is optional once you have completed the tool and had a chance to review the report. We do not share any information about you with any other party. What registration does is allow you to combine your response across members of your organization if you want others in your organization to provide their input, or across time if you want to retake the tool after you have made improvements in your processes.
